Our organization consists of three Departments; Namely, Administration Department, Finance and Economic Department, Service & Operation Department. We have over 130 employees.
– Administrative Division
The organization’s strategic objectives are to improve administrative management and human resource management. The department is responsible for organizing functions of the director and implementing decisions performance according to the Law of Mongolia.
– Financial and Economic Division
The aim of the department is to define organization’s financial and economic policy, financial stability and steadily increasing profits, implementation of accounting policy and property control.
– Service and Operations Division
Service & Operations department is responsible for building maintenance, ceremony services, security, auto service, banquet service for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mongolia, Foreign Diplomatic Missions and representative offices of international organization in Mongolia. Additionally, the department is responsible for to serve qualified service according to the international standards. Department consists of 4 units; Auto base, Security, Maintenance, and Banquet service.
